Well, whilst we try and figure that out, we hope you enjoy this slight return to pay homage to what hopefully you’ll agree, is the best of both worlds in modern craft beer.

Next To A Mountain is a New England style IPA which fades into a West Coast IPA with a pronounced restrained bitterness.

Water, Extra Pale Malt, Flaked Oats, Oat Malt, Wheat

Hops: Mosaic, Idaho 7 & Amarillo

Can from lowcostbeer, consumed 2 months past BBE. Hazy orange-gold with small white head. Aroma of citrus zest, mango, flora, pine, spice. Taste is juicy and pithy but with a bold bitterness, semi-dry mineral and pine notes. Really good!

Tap at Enid Street Tavern, London 18/11/2023 Medium sweet fruity hoppy and malty with some lemony grapefruit and pineapple notes, sweet malty backbone, resinous hoppy bitter close.

Can from the Low Cost Beer online shop. Pours murky yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of lime and passionfruit. Taste is juicy tropical fruit and citrus. Juicy light bitter finish.

Draft: Poured a hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is fruity, danky, juicy nose. Taste is fruity, tingly hops bitter, lingers around.

Tap at 73 Enid Street. A hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a a sticky off white head. Aroma is soft wheat, floral, grassy hop, spicy, pine, oily hops. Flavour is composed of soft floury wheat, oats, chive, spicy citrus, grass, dank hops. Diesel. Mineral. Palate is pithy, mineral, moderate carbonation.
