DØE. Hazy amber red with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and sour fruit. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Sweet and light acidic finish. 180517

Draught at KØ17. Citric and acetic aroma. Cloudy amber colour. No head. Acetic flavour, some mild vinegar. Fruity notes. OK balanced, but has a dirty rag finish. Unclean in the not so good way, that is.

Sample @ [ DØE - Ølfestival København 2017 ] @ Lokomotivværkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As Hornbeer Vild Spontan ].Unclear medium amber colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, tart, leather - funky. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, funky, tart, caramel, tart - sour apple. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20170518] 7-3-6-3-13

DØE. Slightly hazy amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, apples, fruit, wood and a little sour. Flavour is malt, apples, fruit, medium sweet, sour, citric and a little dry.

From tap. Pours hazy amber to orange, small white head. Aroma is dry wooden, sourish and fruity. Medium dry, slight citric into the finish.
