750ml bottle shared on Xmas day. The it pours neat black with minimal head. The aroma is sweet - sour, tart, tangy, vinous, red wine, fizzy cherry cola bottles, Dr Pepper, cacao nibs, dark chocolate torte, umami, liquorice, jammy, sherbet and sour candy. The taste is slick, oily, tangy, puckering, zingy, jammy, tangy, raspberry, strawberry and balsamic vinegar, red grape, fizzy cherry cola bottles, toasty, rich roasted malt, umami, spice, some alcohol warmth, light acidity and sherbet with a tart, tangy finish. Fulsome body and limited carbonation. More sour than imperial stout. Nice red wine vibe. Fun stuff.
