Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from Cork & Cask online. Pours lightly hazed orange-gold with a modest, fading white foam head. Great lambic-esque aroma. Light-medium sweet with modest funk, some ripening tart citrus, mellow grassy bitterness, nips of rind, leather, tangerine, salt. Medium bodied with delicate, massaging carbonation. Clean, quenching finish, mellow woody dryness, further grass, decent citric bite, relaxed acidity. Great stuff overall. This brewery continues to impress.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - hazy, golden orange with a thin off-white head. Nose - fresh apple, orange, woody, funky. Taste - wood, rich apple and candied orange. Funk and sour. Palate - medium bodied, tangy and sour middle and finish. Tremendous, persistent linger. Overall - lovely stuff!
