This organic scotch ale is sweet and full-bodied, and right up your street if you're after something a bit stronger. It has whiffs of dark chocolate and taste of dark fruits.

On tap (keg) at the Black Isle bar, Inverness, Monday 26th September 2022, in the company of Nick and Anna. Pours murky brown with a light beige head, there is a little bitterness, dark fruit with a little tang. Always a little confused with this style and in my head struggle to know where to place it and what to expect, however a it's a good beer, in fact all of the Black Isle beers today have been very decent.

Belle prestation.

Clear but very dark ruby beer, initially a lively pour with a bubbly head but it soon fizzes itself out. Fruity, caramel smell. The fruit is ever so slightly tangier than some beers of the style go for but not too sharp, allowing toasted malt and caramel with a little hop to take over from there. Rather tasty.
