[ As Bryghuset No5 Black Jack ].Clear dark brown colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, roasted, sweet malt, sweet dark malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, dark malt, sweet dark malt, sweet malt, roasted. Draught at KØ17. Vinous and roasted aroma. Black colour. No head. The flavour is also roasted and sweet with a quite distinct alcohol finish.

Bottle at FoodFestival Aarhus. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Heavy maltyand moderate hoppy aroma. Some licorice notes. Heavy bitter fantastic flavor. Roast, hops, licorice. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate. Fantastic brew.
