[ As Beer Nouveau Sister To Nun ].Unclear - hazy matt medium yellow orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dough - bread, pale malt, light caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, dough, pale malt, caramel, fruity malt, earthy - woody. Keg @ Drink? Hebden Bridge. Golden with a thin head. Clearly unfined, with a gritty, grainy-maltiness that’s more prevalent in its aftertaste than its initial hit on the taste buds.
