Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2016 [ The 41th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 9th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Beer Nouveau Sister To Nun ].Unclear - hazy matt medium yellow orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dough - bread, pale malt, light caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, dough, pale malt, caramel, fruity malt, earthy - woody. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20161014] 6-2-6-3-12

Bottle at Craigs. Pours golden orange, nose is lemony, soap, musty toffee, taste is sweet, floral, toffee.

bottle at home ... golden amber .. massive white head that foams up and colapses .. soft dry grassy fruit nose.. massive bitter metalic fruit ... ligth grassy finish ... sadly not me

Keg @ Drink? Hebden Bridge. Golden with a thin head. Clearly unfined, with a gritty, grainy-maltiness that’s more prevalent in its aftertaste than its initial hit on the taste buds.
