Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2015 [ The 40th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 8th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Pennine High Cup IPA ].Clear medium yellow orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, sweet malt, old fruit, old malt - hops. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, malt sweet, bread, pale malt, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151009] 5-2-5-3-10

Cask @ Old Ebor, York. Golden with a very creamy head. Easy-drinking with a very mild malty nose, more hoppy in its taste and extremely sessionable.
