Ethiopian Coffee Pale
Hoppy West Coast Pale infused with Ethiopian Gidey Coffee from our friends over at The Roastery. Intense coffee aroma balanced with fresh, fruity hops, leading to a blend of dark berry from the Ethiopian coffee and a citrusy, piney hit from the Simcoe, Citra and Chinook.

Can thanks to Ashton McCobb. Pours hazy gold with a thin white head. Aromas of citrus, faint coffee. Taste is more of the same. Coffee builds down the glass. A little thin.

Can from the brewery. Appearance - hazy golden orange. White head, quickly disappearing. Nose - interesting melding of orange fruit with subtle coffee bean. Taste - dry roast coffee is dominant this time. Orange tang at the back. Palate - close to medium bodied. Roasty finish. Overall - a bit disparate, but not bad.

Can at the West End Brewery, Leicester. Very pale gold, mostly clear with a small ring of white head. The coffee note on the nose is quite subtle, there's also caramel and light citrus notes. Tastes sweet with just enough coffee to give it character. Long medicinal finish and aftertaste. Pretty good.
