Bottle at home. Pours hazy dark golden with a short-lived thin white head. Aromas of dough, wheat. Taste is quite sweet. Light salt and spice. Sweet finish.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - cloudy amber to brown. Creamy and slightly off-white head. Nose - big banana and cream note. Makes me think of hefeweizen. Not getting the salt or coriander. Taste - creamy banana and hazelnuts too. Light salt this time but still looking for the coriander seeds, though there is a light herby thing. Light cheese. Palate - creamy and light to medium bodied. Not getting much sour, though a little salt. Overall - would not have picked this out as a gose, but it is quite pleasant.

Bottle thanks to Nick. It pours hazy dirt blonde with a small foamy white head. The aroma is all about the coriander seeds, toasty grain, herbal, savoury, spicy, cereal and medicinal. The taste is dry, savoury, lactic, cream cheese, herbal, coriander seed, salted cracker, weak lemon, not much tartness and earth with a drying, herbal finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Can't say this is particularly tasty or moreish.... Muddy and herbal. I would personally prefer a lot more tartness. Not for me...
