500ml bottle: just in date when broached on 18th Jan 2016. Poured into a UK pint sleeve at home and consumed with a packet of Crisps. Clear, light golden body with a smooth foaming head of white bubbles. Hop nose and flavour with the malts in the background playing second fiddle. Decent enough beer but nothing to get excited about. Floral notes abound with not a lot of bitterness coming from the hop content, a semi-sweet session ale is my ’summing up’.

Cask @ The Crescent, Salford. Amber coloured with a glow and a frothy head. Fairly floral but a touch skunky too, maybe not too well kept, although the previous beer I had at The Crescent was fine. There’s certainly a citrus zest here.
