Aus der Flasche im 2026-05 getrunken. Bei einem Cider mit roten Beeren bin immer etwas skeptisch ob es nicht zu süß ist. Und in der Nase zeigt das Beerenaroma und suggeriert schon ein deutlich Süße bei der Intensität. Doch sehr überraschend ist es am Gaumen recht ausbalanciert was Frucht, Säure und leichte Süße angeht. Ein einfaches aber süffiges Beeren-Cider.

0,25 l bottle from a Pingo at Câmara de Lobos, Madeira. BB 09/26. Clear rosé with a small white head in the glass. Sweet apple with vanilla on the nose. Taste is sweet fruity lollypop. Synthetic. Thin.

250 ml bottle, from a SPAR shop in Funchal. ABV is 4%. Clear pink to red colour, pours moderately sparkling with a shortlived off-white head. Aroma of artificial raspberry candy. Flavour of artificial “julebrus” (Yule pop / soda). Bottle in madeira hotel. A clear fluro pink coloured pour with a fine pink froth. Aroma is sweet blackcurrant cordial, jammy fruits, artificial flavours. Ribena. Flavour is composed of sticky sweet, fruit syrup, fruit culle, full of sugar. Palate is sweet. Fine carbonation sticky,. Lingering artificial notes. Meh.
