Draught at Newcastle Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Golden colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of apple, acetic funk hint. Taste is tart, appley, fruity, with some acetic funky notes and drying acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

11/3/2023. From BIAB at the 2023 Coventry Beer Festival. Pours clear pale gold with a few small bubbles. Aroma is tangy apple, quite funky, bit rubbery. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, tart edge. Moderate body, oily, low carbonation. Drying finish. Good.

Cask @ Coventry Beer Festival. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich red apples, little vinegar, sulphur, fruits and has a nice apple finish.
