Can at the flat in Sofia - picked up from Nosferatu. Pours mostly clear yellow-gold with a creamy, white topping. Light to medium sweet flavour with notes of pale biscuits, semi-ripe lemon, citrus in general, white bread. Light bodied with average carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, more subdued citrus, bready pale malts, mild bitterness. Not really an NEIPA but that’s actually fine with me. Very drinkable.

19/8/2022. Bottle shared at Nosferatu Craft Beer Shop, Sofia. Pours slightly hazy pale golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is light hoppy, citrus, grassy, tropical edge. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Okay.

Bottle @ Nosferatu, Sofia. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are grass, malt, fruits and hops.

Bottle @ Nosferatu, Sofia. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light hoppy - citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 190822
