Pint at Zerodegrees Cardiff. A clear pale golden pour with a thin, snow-white head. Aroma is clearly reminiscent of the unfiltered Pislner Urquell, and that's saying a lot; quite reminiscent of a lambic (green apple, yeast, bread) but then, with the mouth of a pils: dry, crisp, easy-going but displaying a very -very bitter finish. Well done.
