Bottle, smallish bubbly head, hazy deep yellow to orange colour, aroma of vinous and turpentine notes, and a hint of yellow plums, mineral and yoghurt flavor with a strong fruity sourness and a vinous hint ,very dry. Nice and interesting.

Bottle. Slightly hazy golden. Lots of stone fruits, wine, funk, oak, some vinegar, some malt, biscuit, sour, quite dry, bitterish note, flat. Very good.

375 cl bottle at Fogg Beer & Cheese, Madrid. A very dark golden pour with zero head. Aroma is intense: cider and fresh apples, nice petrol tinges like those in vintage Rieslings, pickled onions, gherkins; recently mowed lawn, and many more scents packed in one beer. Bone-dry, sour, medium-bodied. Tart, bitterless, very long finish. Neat.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 28.02.2026) im 2022-06 getrunken. Diese fruchtige Farmhouse Ale kommt leichter Säure und schöner hellen Kernfruchtaroma daher. Ein Hauch von Farmhouse Charakter wie von getrockneten Heu ist auch noch zu entdecken. Ein schönes Ale für den Sommer!
