Bottle sample at a tasting at Stas’ place. Thanks Stas. Golden. Honey, fruitiness, alcohol, sweet, slightly tart, light bitterish touch, well-carbonated.

75 cl bottle served in an actual hollow horn at La Merced, Rota. Pours salmon orangish to pale pink. Aroma is red berries: strawberry, redcurrant, raspberry; also some cake and cream. Taste is quite sweet, but sourness balances it all. A lot of people I know like this one over the other Valhalla meads, but it feels like some sort of pop soda, actually.
