Flight at the brewpub. Opaque red pour, off-white head. Nose is low funk, acidic fruity. Taste is tart and sweet fruity first then the sourness hits and leaves no room for anything else. Long sour finish, light to medium body.

Tap at Pivo na Naplavce. Classic Cobolis berliner, merging well with plum. Med-light fruit influence, med-light lactic, no great extravagance, but tasty and easy drinking. Very good.

25.5.2019 Draught at Cobolis first brew first anniversary fest as Kurfürstendamm Strong Berliner Weisse Švestka. Hazy, reddish colored. AROMA- plums, flowery, weisse tones. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly sour, plums, weisse tones. Medium bodied. Tasty. 7,3,8,3,13=3.4 6.6.2024 Draught at the brewpub as Reichstag Pflaume. A bit cloudy, deep gold to orange colored. AROMA- strongly kettle sour character, lightly plum. FLAVOR- neutral, pleasantly sour, slightly bitter, a bit sharp kettle sour character, decent but nice plum. Medium bodied. Tasty. 7,3,8,3,14=3.5
