Taste is slightly toasty and minimally nutty, dark and wheaty malty with some residual sweetness, yeasty fruity hints of dried fruit and banana, raisin, a touch of plum and red berries, minimally nutty and chocolately undertones.
Slightly creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, dense, soft, almost creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.

Bottled, from Biershop Baden-Württemberg. Cloudy deep orange colour, creamy head. Fruity nose with plenty of banana. Mid sweet with doughy malt forming a mid sized body with rounded mouthfeel and prickly carbonation. Ripe banana, notes of cloves. Low bitterness. Pretty good, traditional dunkelweizen.

Trübe braune Farbe mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, würzig, fruchtig. Geschmack leicht hefig, würzig, minimal fruchtig.

Antrunk leicht säuerlich-hefig.

Pours unclear amber with a creamy head, which disappears fast. Wheaty aroma and fresh yeasts. Taste is more dominated by dark rich caramel, moderate sweet.
