bottle, bought at the brewery. Cloudy brown colour, large beige head. Fruity nose with a touch of caramel and a fresh flower bouquet. Medium-bodied, malty and fruity with shy flavours of caramel and chocolate.

Test vom 19.4.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,7,7,8,11,7 - 7,85

Bottle, 5.1%. Sweet ripe banana aroma. Hazy brown colour. Big stable tan head. The flavour has some banana and a slightly roasted sourness with a citric finish. A little sweeter and milder than a Hefe Hell. The finish is slightly rough, otherwise an OK beer.

Bottled. A hazy orange beer with a huge tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with strong notes of wheat. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of wheat and caramel, leading to a dry wheaty finish. Thaks Papsoe for this beer.

Bottle: Slightly hazy, amber coloured, stable fluffy head with a creamy surface; dark-malty and dark fruity nose, wheat detectable; sweet (-malty) and sourish flavour, light to medium bodied, soft MF; tart, almost hoppy, drier finish with a chocolatey tinge. A pleasant Dunkelweizen.............

(Bottle 50 cl) Light brown and dirty-looking like Chinese river-water appearance. Small, creamy head. Very soft, slightly chocolatey and easy to drink with no distinct bitterness. On the other hand, also not the refined fruits like in the best "Weizen". 200204

Sweet malt, esters and vanilla. Cloudy brown, head not comepletely stable. Rye bread and bananas plus vanilla. Fullbodied and with a caramel aftertaste. Much more interresting than other dunkelweisse.
