Lahev (Díky mockrát do Neratovic! Před otevřením jsem opravdu se odtrhnul pásku pod voskem...;-)): Clear, visible carbonation, deep golden to copper coloured, rapidly collapsing loose white head, solid sweet-sourish fruity aroma of grapes and apples with a caramelly, woody and cellary background; moderate to solid sweet-sourish flavour, full bodied as expected, mildly adstringent; sourish-sweet cellary finish with yeasty and vinous-fruity aromas. Velmí slušné pivo, nějak Bohemian Gueuze! Českému pivu zdar...

Bottle kindly shared by Adam of Lya at Beergeek. Assertively funky. Quite complex horsey barnyard character, a bit of acetic acid too. Lots of fruitiness, I could not pick up grapes by myself in all that funk going on, but when you know they are there, they show. Very well balanced and easy drinking. Cantillon level stuff.
