Tap at Ølsnedkeren Aarhus. Seaweed and citrus aroma. Hazy pale golden, lowest head. Salt, pepper, coriander seed, sour hay, a hint cheese, oak notes, sea weed finish. Medium light sparkly body. odd in a very good way. Points for the experience!

Tap at Mig & Ølsnedkeren, Aarhus. Pours very pale gold with minimal white head. Aroma of sour fruit, hop, yeast, berries, and sweet biscuit. Moderate sweetness, medium to heavy sour. Light body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Finish is dry and sour.

[5/10/17] Draught at Taphouse in Copenhagen. Clear golden. Coriander, lacto, pickled vegetables note, graininess, tart, a bit salty, a bit spicy. Pretty nice.
