Pint at the brewery pours a lightly hazy gold with a finger of white head. Nose has dried grass, herbs, lemon, grapefruit, some grist, some soap. Flavor is chewy with grains and grist, some honey, herbs, citrus, soap. Finishes dry and bitter. Easy to drink.

Can 1pt. @ [ Scooper Tasting ], Ulfborg, Denmark. [ As RAR Marylan Mosaic & Galaxy ].Unclear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light caramel, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, sweet hops, light grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity hops, citrus, grapefruit - peach, fruity yeast - hops, pale malt. Can @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are rich fruity hops, melon, Nice fruity hoppy finish.

Can, 5.9% as "DDH Mosaic & Galaxy". Hazy dark yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops, earthy, citrus and grapefruit. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, citrus, earthy, medium sweet, grapefruit and medium bitter.

@Ulfborg Scooper. Nearly clear, yellowish. Small white froth. Fruity aroma, passion fruit and peach. Similar flavour, a little lighter and more piney. Still quite juicy.
