Okay stout, offering up a solid dark chocolate front paired with a deep roasted java back end, but the middle brings out a heavy cherry undertone that dominates the finish of the pint, overly acidic and distracting from the wanted stout richness. Looks decent, pouring a dark, dark brown with red edges. Nose is mild, roasted mocha notes backed by a milk chocolate undertone. Good feel, light but formidable enough to remind you you're drinking a stout. Eh.
