Bottle. A nice golden color. Aroma was a pleasant fruity smell with hints of spice. Taste was a nice wonderful flavor that went well together

Purple color with blueberry aroma. Taste starts with musty, tart underripe blueberry and finishes with thyme, reminds me of Italian seasoning.

Blackberry and grape aroma, farmhouse funk. Cloudy maroon, medium cream colored head with a pinkish hue. Musty grape. Thyme finish. Medium body, easy carbonation. Very herbal, which is quite nice. I could do without the fruit addition.

Not trying to be clever here, but this beer really is a thyme-bomb. So much friggin’ fresh herb garden spiciness here, with thyme dominating all parts of the flavor, minty and peppery and omnipresent. Forget any subtle grassy saison notes, any underlying blueberry cloyness; this beer’s thyme all the time. (Okay, I was trying to be clever with that one.) Tart blueberry nose doesn’t hint at the overpowering herbal mess within. Pours the expected purple, but gives up a short fizzy head and no lace. Texture’s warm and prickly, too hot to enjoy any farmhouse mellowness. Skip it.
