Gravity cask at the 2015 Red Lion Beer Festival, Histon. Dark gold with a proud crown of white head. Tangerine and papaya aroma with a strong malt backbone. The juicy bitterness of the hop is brought to a more fitting prominence in the taste. A good cask IPA from Oakham.
