Pigs Ear Day 4. Cask. Light haze on this gold beer, thin pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry. Reasonable fine carbonation. Bitterish floral apple! Mild lemon, touch of sherbet. Little pine on the semi dry finish. Messy but passable.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2015 - London. Pours clear honey gold with a creamy, white head. The nose has lots of phenolics, light plastic, lemon. Light sweet flavour, with some alcohol present, melon, wheat, yeast. Medium bodied with fine carbonation; so so condition. Strong phenols in the finish, more mellow plastic notes, grass, grains. So so.

Gravity at Pigs Ear ’15, 04/12/15. Lightly hazed golden orange with a moderate off White covering. Nose is earthy hop, bitter fruit, spice, sharp orange, straw. Taste comprises candied fruit peel, spice, earthy, light Sorachi, aniseed, lemon rind, straw, stewed peaches. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Ok but ultimately lacked depth considering the ABV.
