33 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a red hue and creamy light brown head. Dry and slight roasted malt aroma. Flavour has some sweetness but is more dry malty than other hvidt oel brews. Slight watery finish.

Bottle, 1.8%. Quite sweet flavour, but not overly so. Slightly burnt malt flavour. Nice, soft carbonation. Actually quite drinkable.

(Bottle 33 cl) Lovely "Hvidtøl" from Maribo. Dark, slightly reddish with a small, beige head. Pronounced maltiness, sweet but well-balanced by some hops in the finish. Rather yummy actually. 270100

Dark red, almost black, with a shortlived light brown head. Licorice aroma with a hint of malt. Very sweet and a bit too thin.

The aroma is sweet licorice with a note of sourness - probably from the brewing cereal. The color is dark brown and it has a light brown very fast disappearing head. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of licorice, caramel and some sourness from the brewing cereal. The body is quite thin for a Danish hvidtøl. Definately not the best hvidtøl.
