The Norfolk Cider Co Bone Dry Cider is a bold, traditional cider crafted in the heart of Norfolk. Made using locally grown cider apples and time-honoured techniques, this unfiltered, full-flavoured cider lives up to its name with an ultra-dry finish.

Real cider, naturally fermented for a year, using 100% fresh Norfolk Apple Juice. It takes approximately 3lbs of apples to fill a 75 cl bottle.

Bottle at home, 05/08/18. Pale almost translucent yellow with litearthy in the way of a head. Nose is mellow apple, straw, grains, faint funk. Taste comprises light apple, faint smoke, Orchard wood, light tannins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Not unpleasant but lacks any real depth to the flavour especially at 7%.
