Cask (gravity) @ 33th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2016, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Great Heck Cascade APA ].ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, open and frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, pine, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, wood, citrus,, sharp, earthy hops, fruity hops, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20161130] 6-3-7-3-14

Cask @ Mallinsons Corner, Huddersfield. Gold with a thick frothy head. Strong tasting but hoppy enough to have character.

Cask. Kelham Island Tavern, Sheffield. Hazy, pale gold. Frothy, white head. Nose has grainy malts. Some white grape. Notes of peach and strawberry. Taste is light sweet. Minimal bitterness. Light body. Some fruity bitterness on the finish. Ok.

Cask at the Guildford arms.. Soft sulphur fruit nose.. Soft dry fruit..Light bitter. Soft sulphur
