Can shared, courtesy of Gabi, koszi szepen! Pours jet black with quickly disappearing beige head. Nose is huge banana, light spicy touch (which might as well be the pecan), chocolate, faint booze, some sugary sweetness. Taste is rather sweet, showing notes of banana, booze and chocolate with just a hint of bitterness and roasted malts. Closes with long lasting sweet finish, has light to medium, yet full creamy body and soft carbo. Borderline too sweet, but the banana character is so vivid that if it’s not artificial (according to the label it’s not), it’s very well done really.

Can from Eltham Wines. Black pour with a tan head. Nose is chocolate, banana pudding, caramel, toffee. Banana aromas most certainly dominate. Taste is banana long boat with lots of chocolate sauce 😋, splash of vanilla & cappuccino in there too. Lovely!

Pours a deep dark brown colour with nan average sized tan head. A chocolatey malty aroma with some banana and nutty notes. A sweet to heavy sweet taste, caramel, banana sweets, chocolate and sweet roasted malty flavours with more syrupy sweetness and some of the alcohol coming through in the finish. It’s a bit too sweet and lacks balance.
