From tap in Tivoli 2005. Poured in a plastic cup. Quite cold outside and a cold beer obviously not ideal. Pours hazy brown with a fizzy tan head. Aroma was faint caramel malty and slight spiced, vague aroma. Flavour carried some of this through yet with a distinct plastic note.

Draught. Spicy Belgian aroma. Dark brown colour, quite cloudy. Big, stable head. OK spicy flavour, but not as sweet as many Belgian ales. Well-balanced.

(On tap) Unclear brown with a creamy, off-white head. Sweetish, fruity aroma. Good, solid body with a rather distinct alcohol. Comes soft and pleasant with marked fruity notes - although no one particular ester is sticking out. Short, dry hoppy finish. Very accessible and scaringly easy drinking for it’s strength. 251105

An unclear red-brown beer with a thin light brown head. The aroma sweet malty with notes of brewmash and caramel, while the flavor is sweet and very malty with spicy notes of nutmeg and cinnamon, but also hints of plastic and alcohol. An OK beer - but nothing really exciting.
