Cosmati is a hoppy citrus golden ale. The use of Mosaic American hops give the unique flavours of blueberry, citrus and tropical fruit and will leave you wanting more. Cosmati is a great complement to pizza, pasta and even steak and chips.

1/2 pint from the cask at The Shed & Garden, Chorley. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aromas & tastes of citrus, grapefruit, earth & hops. Medium body. Dry light bitter finish. Enjoyable

Spotty off white head on a dull golden coloured body. Bitter lemon, fresh citrus, & floral tastes. Lovely drinker.

Cask at the Queens Head, Stourbridge. Pours slightly hazy gold with a medium head. Aroma is sharp grapefruit and lime. Taste has sharp grapefruit and straw.

One-third pint, cask ale at Medicine Tap. Fair off-white head over a misty warm golden body. Rich lacing. Fresh tropical fruits on the nose. Fruit-berry flavours, a bit mealy. Dry fruit bitter endnotes. Medium to thin bodied. Quite alright. (Rochdale 05.05.2018).

Cask at the St. Albans Beer & Cider Festival 2017. Pours clear golden with a bubbly off-white head. Aroma of caramel, malt, citrus and hop. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Light to medium body, slight oily and watery texture, soft carbonation.

Cask @ GBBF 2016. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty weak citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity malty weak citrus hoppy bitter flavor. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy finish.

Cask (gravity) @ 32th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2015, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Hophurst Cosmati ].Clear medium orange amber colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, orange, fruity - berry - grapes, apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart fruit, woody, pale malt, fruity, apple. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151203] 6-3-5-3-12

Tried at the Strait and Narrow, Lincoln. Deep golden cooour with a thin white head. Aroma tropical and grapefruit. Taste sweet fruity with a slight citric edge. Refreshing and easy to drink.

Cask at the 2017 Manchester Beer Festival. Gold pour with a white head. Tropical fruit and grapefruit aroma. Bitter citrus and malt flavour. Ok.
