Cosmati is a hoppy citrus golden ale. The use of Mosaic American hops give the unique flavours of blueberry, citrus and tropical fruit and will leave you wanting more. Cosmati is a great complement to pizza, pasta and even steak and chips.

Sampled @ GBBF Day 2. Clear golden color, small to average sized off-white head. Smell and taste some malts, quite some melon in there, quite some melony resinous hops. Quite like it. Nice surprise.

Pigs Ear Day 1. Cask. Light haze on this amber beer, few pale cream colour bubbles. Palate is light and semi dry. Appley fruits, orange peel and a touch of fresher orange. Light peel bitter finish. A bit green but passable.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2015, day 1 - London. Pours lightly hazy orange-gold with a light, creamy head. The nose holds grain, bread and orange rind. Light sweet flavour with harsh grassy and plastic bitterness, more citrus rind. Light in body with fine carbonation. Finishes with more harsh, unbalanced bitterness and an off-note of plastic. So so.

Cask @ Baum, Rochdale. Tawny-amber in colour with a frothy head. Feels thin in the palate, although maintains a very light tropical fruitiness in its aroma and taste.
