10/8/2021. Draught at the Craft Beer Co, St Mary Axe, London. Pours clear golden orange with a small frothy white head. Aroma is sour fruits, wood, funky, peachy, herbal. Moderate sweetness with a good level of sour without it being overpowering. Moderate body, average carbonation. Decent stuff.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - cloudy golden orange with a thin white head. Nose - getting the cardamom and funkiness. Also, dry green herb between fennel and lavender. Taste - citrus, peach and a bit of nuanced herb but you have to go looking for it. Palate - close to medium bodied. Overall -.good.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from London Beer Lab online. Pours clear yellow with a modest, foamy, pure white head. Pretty clean overall, lightly sweet, some vague botanicals, lemon, soft acidity. Light bodied with delicate carbonation. Clean finish, nicely balanced, more subtle citrus fruit, hints of pale oak, lemon peel. It drinks really easily and has a very understated complexity.
