Can from Appellation Wines. Pours clear red-gold with a pink-tinged head. Aromas of peach and red fruit, light spice. Taste is almond, peach, more spice and I guess the fruitiness is the hibiscus. Quite a dry finish.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - deep damson with an edge of autumnal red and also a chink of pink. Slightly pinkish white head. Nose - peach, light red fruits and floral. Also, saison yeast characteristics of light spice and candied citrus. Taste - raspberry, candied lemon, flowers and a persistent spice note. Palate - close to medium bodied, tangy middle and long persistent tangy finish with an edge of spice. Overall - very nice.

Can from Westhill Service Station. It pours clear pinky-red with a decent frothy white head. The aroma bid fresh, fragrant, floral, hibiscus, potpourri, peppery spice, melon, peach and a twist of tangerine. The taste is crisp, initially dry, then slightly tart, fragrant, floral, hibiscus, potpourri, pink Turkish delight, zingy citrus, melon, nectarine, peppery spice, hay, barnyard funk and light acidity with a drying, funky finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Interesting stuff.
