21/6/2021. Bottle from CentrAle, Newcastle. Shared with SHIG and Dana at the Suffolk Solstice beer share. Pours clear dark amber with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is hoppy, grapefruit, dried fruit, rye, bread, toffee. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Medium body, slight creamy texture, average carbonation. Quite decent.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - deep amber to brown. Creamy coloured head. Nose - red fruit, citrus and brown bread. Taste - redcurrants or red cherry. Grapefruit follows it through. Again, toasty brown bread at the back. Palate - close to medium bodied. Roasty middle and finish. Overall - nice.
