A gentle, spritzy, mixed culture saison.

This limited release saison was brewed in 2019 before spending a year aging with our house culture in stainless steel. The beer was then fruited with whole raspberries from Kent and Tahitian vanilla pods.

Bottle. Craft and Berry, Sheffield. Dusky pink. Fine white head stays the course. Nose has raspberry jelly cubes. Vanilla ice cream. Soft funk. Taste is dry and light bitter. Watery on the palate. Finish is short and dry. Smells great, but trails off significantly afterwards.
