Bottle picked up at their stall at Perth Xmas market. It pours clear lager yellow with a small white head. The aroma is sweet, oily, fruity, sweetcorn, sticky, doughy bread, some estery fruits, pear and slightly artificial apple. The taste is dry, soda water, grassy, grainy, oily, corn, straw, light spice and loads of sweet apple and pear with a dry, short finish. Light body and fine carbonation. Pretty basic stuff really. Not great.

Bottle from Appellation Wines Comely Bank. Appearance - golden with gentle bubbles. Thin lacy head. Nose - caramel, light corn. Taste - more corn, light lemon, general cereal. A bit shandy-like. Palate - light bodied, creamy through the middle, dry finish. Overall - ok! Simple but works.
