Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a near clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma is quite fruity with Belgian yeast and sweet wheat. Flavor is similar with sweet fruit upfront with sweet wheat and Belgian yeast supporting.

12oz bottle-dissipating white-hazy gold. A-musty/sweet wheat. T-Sweet wheat, 2nd spice hops, some apple.

12oz bottle. Hazy, muted orange-tan. Thin, oily head laces the sides of the glass. Sweet, slightly herbal aroma. Nowhere on the bottle does it specify a style other than "Belgian style ale". I suppose Witbier is close enough, but this is definitely more along the lines of these new school spice bomb American Saisons. Where this one succeeds is in the light doughy body, with its smooth wheaty vanilla tones. There is some herbal lemony sourness, but that balances it out well. Pretty good for what it is.

draft at the airport in Des Moines - Pours hazy yellow with a small lingering white head. It smells of citrus, bananas, wheat, and spice. The flavor is sweet malt with citrus and ample coriander. This brew is light bodied, a little on the watery side, and finishes with a touch of bitterness. Not bad.

Big thanks to canIhave4beers for this unique brew! Nice wheat and belgie aroma. Looks like any other decent hefe, brownish and cloudy and such. A wheat beer taste with some tartness in there, I like that. Not a whole lotta carbonation but does still have that tart personality. Finsih is a tad weak because of the lack of carbonation but overall a good time. Very easy to drink and easy to enjoy, a very nice beery experience. If it had a tad more carbonation, may have been a 4. THANKS! Better conatct andy for a trade on this one! No bitter aftertaste on this one.

Draft, at Olde Main. Well, I don’t like to ding these so much as suggest they are still a work in progress. Menu card claims "Coriander, Chamomile, Orange Peel, and a secret fourth ingredient," but it sure fells like that ingredient is sour cherry. Maybe there’s actually some brett in here. Spices overwhelm the malt and hops, if any.
