Crisp golden, peach and light amber coloured body with a copper glow and a thinnish pure white head with a hint of tan. Aroma of crisp grass, herbs and a good floral bite with a light bitterness from the hops along with a soft malt note and a touch of caramelised sugars and nuts. Medium-bodied; Strong grassy and herbal notes dominate with a lot of malt notes right behind that support and lend an earthy, rustic and even nuttiness coupled with some caramelised sugars. Aftertaste shows some grain and a dash of nuts and earthiness with some caramelised sugars, sweetness and a tiny bit of hops, but not really strong at all. Overall, a nice and pungent beer with a lot of character, but way more on the malt, earthy and nutty side of things than anything from hops or bitterness. I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from the Old Faithful General Store in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming on 02-July-2020 for US$2,49 sampled in my hotel room here on the last day of my vacation in Salt Lake City, Utah on 04-August-2020.

Bottle from the General Store near Roosevelt Lodge, Yellowstone NP. Pours gold and frothy with a white head with good retention. Aroma is floral, honeymelon, overall mild. Taste has a crisp mild bitterness. Finishes the same. Body is medium. Unremarkable, but still pleasant and refreshing.
