And all of sudden it was October. We’re in the midst of laid back, crisp, hazy and yellow sunlit days and in this Table Beer we reflect exactly that. Barley, Wheat and Chit malt pathe a light and fresh road to a bouquet of tart Gooseberry, tasty zest and squeezed juice of lemons from Nelson Sauvin hops, all punctuated with a clean and crisp carbonation.

Keg at the wee vault. Pours golden, nose is toffee, lemon, taste is dry toffee, light, sweet.

Tap. Hazy pale golden color with white head. Aroma is fresh gooseberries, lrange, and other fruits. Taste is green and white fruits, but also some orange zeztiness, mild funk, pretty refreshing. Thick mouthfeel with high but soft-ish carbonation. Very good!

Can as part of my advent calendar from Beyond Beer Webshop, Hamburg Thursday 2nd December 2021, we have Salmon and Cream Cheese Stuffed Pasta Shells for tea, listening to Steve Lamar’s Evening Session on 6 Music. Pours hazy lemony silvery colour with a white head. Strange aroma, a little bit of eggyness, understandably thin, but this shouldn’t necessarily hold it back. Refreshing, soft in the mouth, a little light lemon, it is ok at best.
