[10/22/2021] Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2021. Yellow session. Black. Licorice, spiciness, roast, chocolate, sweet and bitterish, some alcohol.

Tap@MBCC Yellow session - dark brown/black with a beige head. Sweet and toasted malty with caramel, dried fruit, medium plus body, bourbon infused malty close.

Tap @MBCC 2021, Yellow Session. Clear dark brown, small offwhite head. Woody, malty aroma, white glue. malty, bitter flavour. More white paper glue, woody bitterness.

ABV: 9.6%. Clear medium to dark red brown colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, bread, oak, barrel, malty, moderate yeasty, figs, barrel - bourbon. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, caramel, bread, oak, barrel, barrel - bourbon, vinous. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20211022]

MBCC. Clear dark brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dried fruit and bourbon. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish with a little warming alcohol. 221021
