Bottle sample at the source. Clear yellow color, still. Fruity aroma with light vanilla. Taste is lightly smoky fruit, subtle tannins. Delicious.

Bottle@Ungstrups - Clear yellow pour with almost no head. Sweet aroma and taste of honey, maple syrup, prominent sweet, lots of honey sweetness, light wooden notes, sweet finish. Decent.

Clear pale golden, still. Light aroma, honey and maple. Flavor is medium sweet, honey, light maple, light bourbon. Medium body. Quite nice actually.

Bottle at Superstition. Pours a clear yellow with no head. The aroma is strong wood, maple, apple. Thin mouth, tart apple, maple, vanilla, sweet, light booze, very nice.

75 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is smooth fruity. Mellow, honey and smooth floral to fruity. Sweet, fruity and slight mellow finish.

bottle at 10K tasting. golden pour with nose of booze and honey. tastes of ticky honey, slight maple (could use a touch more), bourbon, light vanilla. dry and sweet finish. boozy as well.
