Bottle at home, köszi Kini! Pours deep, somewhat copperish opaque golden with a finger wide white head. Nose is big estery notes, somewhat floral and pleasantly fruity with some peppery spicyness to it. Taste is some malts upfront, but mainly led by yeasty characters too: fruity, spicy esters. Closes with just a touch of bitterness and a fairly dry mouthfeel. It has a light body and average to high carbonation. Decent saison all in all.

ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, minerals, saison yeast, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, minerals, fruity yeast, saison yeast, wheat - yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210320]

Bottle @Saxo. Cloudy golden, white head. Yeasty, malty aroma. Yeasty, spicy flavour, light bretty bite, a little citrus in the finish.

Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are grass, malt, hops, little yeast and has light bitter finish.

Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Some brett notes. Short light bitter finish. Oily palate.
