Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2015 day 1 - London. Pours clear gold with a mellow, creamy head. Pleasant juicy hop aroma, nips of peach, orange and tangerine. Light sweet flavor, some minerals, faint ash, citrus rind, pale grains. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with further citrus rind, grains, tangerine. Not bad.
