Pigs Ear Day 1. Cask. Lightly hazy gold - amber beer, a few pale cream colour bubbles. Palate is light, semi dry and has mild carbonation. A touch of caramel and in the malts. Dried fruits and mild spice. Modest bitterness in the light dry finish. Okay.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2015 day 1 - London. Pours clear gold with a mellow, creamy head. Pleasant juicy hop aroma, nips of peach, orange and tangerine. Light sweet flavor, some minerals, faint ash, citrus rind, pale grains. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with further citrus rind, grains, tangerine. Not bad.
