ABV: 7.5%. Clear dark brown colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, caramel, sweet malt, candy - sweet yeast, dark malt - chocolate - muscovado sugar. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, sweet dark malt, candy - muscovado sugar, sweet yeast, roasted - chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Strong chocolate notes. Moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with excellent duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, caramel, candy sugar, hops and has a nice roasty finish.

Bottle @ DØE. Gusher that pours very dark brown with a huge light brown head. Aroma of sweet roasted malt, yeast, chocolate, coffee, dark fruit. Flavor is sweet, light bitter, roast malt, caramel, chocolate, coffee, candy sugar, dark fruit, light alcohol. Medium to full body, lively / overcarbonated, sweet and light bitter finish. Very highly carbonated, but gets better as its rest a little in the glass. 211118
