[ As Coisbo Egeskov Mekanikerens - Russian Imperial Stout ].
ABV: 10.0%. Clear dark black colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, pine - spruce - wood, herbal. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, roasted, pine - spruce - wood, maybe some licorice, herbs - herbal. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20201003]

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Black with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, herbal and mint? Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 031020

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, coffee, hops, caramel, hops and has a nice roasty finish and some herbs.

Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Bottle @Saxo's. Black, light tan head. Licorice aroma, dark malt, raw licorice, some wood perhaps. Bittersweet licorice flavour. Could do with a little more body to support all the licorice.
