330ml bottle. Jet black colour with average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, beige to tan head. Sweet-ish, chocolately, dark malty aroma, notes of nougat, hints of toffee, some burnt caramel, minimally doughy overtones. Taste is bitter and sweet, roasty dark malty, slightly nutty, notes of dark chocolate, some toffee, roasted nuts, a touch of burnt caramel. Viscous, almost a bit mushy texture, smooth and soft palate, very fine, soft, subtly efficacious carbonation, lingering, minimally cloying, nutty finish. Well crafted, very clean - good!

Bottle at the flat in Gabrovo - picked up at Nosferatu. Pours deep brown with a foamy, tan head. Quite a nice stout overall, with rich and lightly bitter dark chocolate, sturdy roast, bitter ash, scorched earth, burnt sugar. Medium to full bodied with velvety texture and modest, massaging carbonation. Pretty well balanced in the finish, more ashy roast, baking cocoa, some espresso. Sound.
