440ml can from one of the Squirrels. Poured a clear blonde colour with a short-lived frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light toffee, floral hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a fresh, crisp, light toffee malt, herbal, light floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Keg from Mad Squirrel whilst at the Wycombe Christmas lights switch on. Gold with a thin white head. Creamy up front but crisp, refreshing and with a lasting mildly bitter, grassy hop note. I'm never a big fan of lagers but even I thought this was decent.

Keg at the Mad Squirrel HWY, 08/11/24. Clear golden with a white cap that retains well enough. Nose is pale malts, grass, crackers, herb, light breads. Taste comprises pale and bready malts, hedgerow, grass, herb, biscuit, toasted grains. Medium bodied, light prickly carbonation, semi drying close. Tidy logger bier.

Tap at mad Squirrel watford. A clear golden coloured pour with a decent white head that fades. Aroma is grassy wet hop, classic lager profile, cracker, nutty grass. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty malts, assertive bitterness, wet grass, crisp drying finish, light mineral bite. Palate is super crisp, fine prickly carbonation,. Very refreshing.
